14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Write Pilot purchases. If you're not satisfied with the plugin for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase
- Include your order number or the email address used for purchase
- Briefly explain why you'd like a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Eligible for Refund
- Requests made within 14 days of purchase
- First-time purchases of a specific plan
- Technical issues that we cannot resolve
- Plugin doesn't meet your needs as described
Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after 14 days from purchase
- Repeat purchases (if you've previously purchased and refunded)
- Change of mind after extended use (beyond testing)
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting
- Failure to read documentation before purchase
- Issues with third-party AI services (API costs, availability)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
Plan Upgrades
If you upgrade from one plan to another:
- The 14-day period applies from your original purchase date
- Refunds for upgrades are prorated based on the upgrade amount
- You may downgrade instead of requesting a refund (contact support)
After a Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your license key will be deactivated immediately
- You must uninstall the plugin from all websites
- You will no longer have access to updates or support
- Any content generated before the refund remains yours
Disputes and Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or credit card company. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us:
- Your license will be immediately revoked
- You may be banned from future purchases
- We may contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery
Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for:
- Documented bugs that significantly impact functionality
- Extended service outages on our end
- Extenuating circumstances (please explain when contacting support)
Third-Party Costs
Please note that we cannot refund:
- Costs incurred with AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
- Costs incurred with image services (Pexels, Unsplash premium)
- Hosting or server costs
- Any other third-party service costs
These services are billed directly by their respective providers.
